My old setup, 90 Wagon with a Toyota CT-26 turbo on it ran a best of high 15's at like 88-89mph. I never did put a clutch in that car. Haven't run the new wagon at the drag strip though ...

You have got to remember that psi is not some sort of universally transferable thing. 20psi on a 16g is different than 20psi on a 20g which is different than 20psi on Douglas' supercharger. It's about CFM's and not the actual pressure...

pulling the head with the engine in the car isn't that bad. It's easier if you pull the intake too, but can be done without (if you're doing onely one head). In any case, you'll need to pull the upper rear engine mount and jack the engine up quite a bit in order to get the head bolts to clear the ...

no, the ground would not matter if it's unplugged... one thing that does tend to go bad is the wiring at the MAF, usualy from tugging when unplugging it. I've had to fix it on a few cars. You might want to test continuity and resistance of the harness from the MAF to the ECU and check the grounds ...
